What can be returned
For hygiene and safety, we accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery. Opened supplements cannot be returned unless they are damaged, expired or not what you ordered.
How to request a return
- Write to us via the contact page with your order number and reason.
- We arrange a reverse pickup where available, or share a return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund.
Refunds
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. COD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account you provide.
